In the City of Ljubljana we strive to use and purchase highly sustainable products. To this end we are holding public calls for ideas and descriptions of sustainable products. Products chosen by an expert committee are included in an in-house e-catalogue of sustainable products from which members of our big city family can choose protocol, commercial and promotional products.

 The following promotional products were chosen in the 1^st public tender:

• Društvo Smetumet so.p., Pokopališka 13, 1000 Ljubljana: ornaments made from waste paper containing eco seeds of edible plants (parsley, basil, radish, rocket, honey plants, lettuce…),
• Kaaita d.o.o., Beethovnova 9, 1000 Ljubljana: slippers and tote bags made from felt out of recycled plastic bottles.
