On Monday 3 June 2013, Mayor Zoran Janković welcomed to City Hall the Director General of the Fujairah Municipality Mohamed Saif Al Afkham and the Head of its Department of the Environment Aseel Al Mualla.

The delegation from Fujairah, one of the seven emirates comprising the United Arab Emirates, were in Ljubljana to attend the International Conference of European cities’ IT users at Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, organised by the City of Ljubljana and the Association of Major Cities of Europe.

The Director of Fujairah municipality took the opportunity while at City Hall to sign the City of Ljubljana’s Memorial Book.
