On Tuesday, 14 August 2018, Mayor Zoran Janković hosted gymnast Sašo Bertoncelj, European pommel horse vice-champion, at the City Hall.

At the European Championship in Glasgow Sašo Bertoncelj won the silver medal on 12 August this year together with Robert Seligman from Croatia, and the gold went to Rhys McClenaghan from Ireland.

Jože Mermal, president of the BTC Management Board and a longtime sponsor of the Slovenian Gymnastics Association, was also at the reception.
