The large cohesion project is funded from the EU Cohesion Fund, national and municipal budgets.

Within the framework of the large cohesion project approximately 22,200 residents are going to be newly connected to the sewage and wastewater treatment system. In the area of the largest agglomeration Ljubljana, the coverage of the sewage system is going to rise to 98%.
