Parking in Ljubljana

P+R (park and ride with LPP)

Both P+R car parks are on the city outskirts, on main arterial roads into Ljubljana. Car park users are able to park all day, and the cost of parking includes a return bus ticket to the city centre with the city’s public transport company - LPP.

 

P+R Dolgi most

P+R Dolgi most is on the western outskirts of Ljubljana. Users leave their cars in the car park, and are taken into the city centre and back by public transport. When you pay for parking at the ticket machine, you also get two tickets for bus no. 6, valid all day for the day when the parking is paid for.

P+R Center Stožice

Access to the car park is possible from the Štajersko cesta roundabout (entrance 1) and from a link road from the Vojkova cesta junction (entrance 5). At entrance 1 there is a city bus stop for the extended line 13, which runs from Sostro to Center Stožice. Buses run on this route every working day from 5:00 from Centre Stožice (the last departure is at 22.25) and from 4.55 from the terminus at Sostro (with the final departure from there at 23.00), at 15-minute intervals at peak times and every 20 to 30 minutes off peak. There are new bus stops at the terminus at Center Stožice and on Titova cesta.

There are as many as 1,200 parking spaces provided for cars, of which 60 are set aside for people with disabilities. There are 61 parking spaces for buses.
