A new information center Infotujci in Ljubljana

The Infotujci (Infoforeigners) information centre, intended for third-country nationals who study, work or are starting a family in Slovenia, has opened its doors at Tržaška cesta 21 in Ljubljana under the auspices of the Government Office for the Support and Integration of Migrants.

At the information centre, consultants, supported by interpreters if needed, will provide visitors with assistance in arranging residence and permits, enrolling children in schools or kindergartens, accessing health services and Slovenian language courses. Users will also be directed to other institutions or non-governmental organisations when they need additional information. The centre is funded by the European Union, with funding provided until 2027.

At the opening, speakers emphasized the importance of access to reliable information as a key factor for successful integration.

The Infotujci centre is open:

• Monday and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00
• Wednesday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00
