Austrian partner Südwind is looking for service providers to prepare guidelines and evaluate (evaluation) the EMV_LII project
The municipality of Ljubljana, together with three Slovenian partners (Peace Institute, Community of Municipalities of Slovenia and Kulturno Society of Gmajna), participates in the European project of the European Union Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) entitled ‘Empowering Migrant Voices for Local Integration and Inclusion’, of which Südwind is a leading partner.
Südwind’s lead partner collects offers and is looking for a qualified candidate for:
- on the development of evaluation guidelines (approximately 7 pages) to be carried out by project staff in English in all countries.
- on the accompanying assessment in cooperation with project partners in the implementation of the project
- on the preparation of an interim (approximately 10 pages) and final evaluation report (approximately 20 pages), including lessons learned and best practice recommendations in English (supported by project staff)
- Taking into account intersectionality (in particular with regard to the possible participation of migrant women) in the guidance accompanying the evaluation and the report.
Timeline:

- Available funds: EUR 8.000 – 12.000 (non-reimbursable from expenditure linked to the submission of a tender)
