A proposal for a 10-year management plan for the Tivoli, Rožnik and Šiška Hill Landscape Park is being prepared by professional organizations in the fields of nature conservation, forestry, agriculture, water management, environment and spatial planning alongside the competent services of the City of Ljubljana.

All interested individuals and organizations can submit proposals and initiatives as well as opinions and positions.

The Tivoli, Rožnik and Šiška Hill Landscape Park Management Plan 2025-2035 is a long-term program development document that guides the activities of the manager, various City of Ljubljana services and sectors with the common goal of preserving nature in tandem with the pulse of city life in Ljubljana. Until the adoption of the Tivoli, Rožnik and Šiška Hill Landscape Park Management Plan, the Tivoli, Rožnik and Šiška Hill Landscape Park Service continues to operate in line with the Temporary Management Guidelines for the Management of the Tivoli, Rožnik and Šiška Hill Landscape Park.

The management plan will define measures for implementing the objectives and purpose of the nature park in accordance with the founding decree and other regulations, and will also be taken into account by other sectors, such as forestry, agriculture, and water, environmental and spatial management. All interested individuals and organizations can participate in proposals and initiatives for the design of activities and measures: land owners and managers, citizens, non-governmental organizations, professional organizations from various sectors, companies and users of the protected area.
