The City of Ljubljana has been offering scholarships since 1998 to talented secondary school students and university students who stand out for their high abilities and creativity, and already during their education distinguish themselves with their academic success and achievements in areas of interest, standing out from the average and achieving exceptional results at the city, national and international levels.

So far, we have awarded 2,003 scholarships to talented secondary school and university students, for which we have allocated nearly 11.6 million euros. This year, we are offering 110 scholarships, of which 90 are for the staffing needs of the city administration, public institutes and companies, and 20 are for talented secondary school students.
