carries out tasks in the field of commercial public companies, except where otherwise determined by another act for individual tasks,
prepares standards and norms for commercial public companies,
executes professional supervision over those who carry out the work of commercial public companies,
ensures the keeping of the cadastre of commercial public infrastructure,
carries out tasks in the fields of the upkeep of MOL’s roads,
carries out tasks in connection with public, special and subordinate use of facilities and equipment intended for the execution of local commercial public works,
carries out tasks in the fields of road traffic and traffic along inland waterways,
carries out tasks in the field of road traffic safety and road traffic accident prevention and education,
carries out tasks connected with the execution of car taxi transports,
carries out tasks and ensures data connected with roads in Ljubljana’s residential areas,
carries out tasks in the fields of water and energy management,
carries out tasks in the fields of entrepreneurship, tourism, agriculture, hospitality and retailing.
