OL’s Supervisory Board is a body whose duties include the supervision of the use of the budgetary funds of MOL in line with the budget adopted and its appropriate use, supervision of the financial transactions of users of budget funds and supervision of the management of MOL’s real estate assets.
Users of budget funds and managers of MOL’s assets have to enable the Supervisory Board insight into their transactions and financial position and forward to it the information required, as well as provide access to data. Should this not be the case, the Supervisory Board may propose a temporary suspension of financing from the budget.
Should the Supervisory Board discover incorrect management of MOL’s assets, misdirected or inappropriate use of budgetary funds or incorrect financial transactions by users of budget funds, it must notify the City Council, Mayor and the culprit and afford the City Council the resolutions required to resolve the problem.
