It is now possible to take a stroll around Ljubljana Castle on your computer screen and have a look at all the spaces that are open to the public.

The 3D walk around Ljubljana Castle can be seen at www.ljubljanskigrad.si.

You can stroll around and have a look at the car park outside the castle, the entrance, the castle courtyard, the Palace and Estate Halls, the Frederik and Pentagonal towers, St George's castle chapel, the permanent exhibition of Slovenian history, the 'S' Gallery, the upper and lower lapidaria, the lower funicular station, the Info centre and the Rustika sales gallery.

This latest acquisition will not, of course, replace a real walk through this oasis of greenery or a withdrawal to the tranquillity provided by the castle, but is certainly welcome news for all who plan to visit the castle or would like to organise an event there.
