At RCERO, Ljubljana Regional Waste Management Centre, we reached a new milestone on 20 March 2024, as we processed one million tons of mixed municipal waste.

Since RCERO Ljubljana opened its doors in November 2015, we have been working continuously to efficiently treat waste and recycle it into raw materials, thus ensuring sustainable management of the environment and contributing to the reduction of pollution. As we are good at separating waste (70%) and therefore reducing the amount of waste in black bins, we can boast that we have reached this milestone just this year.
