On 18 November 2013, Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković hosted a farewell visit of the British ambassador to Slovenia Andrew Page, which took place in the City Hall.

During Ambassador Page's mandate, the City Municipality of Ljubljana and the British Embassy established a successful and intensive cooperation.
The new British Ambassador to Slovenia, Sophie Honey, will take up post in February 2014.
