The Community Health Centre Ljubljana is the first and only health institution to receive the CAF Beginner Award as a new user of the Joint Assessment Framework. It is a model recognized at the European level as a tool for introducing improvements in public administration.

The Common Assessment Framework for public sector organizations – CAF is a European model that helps organizations improve the performance and quality of their services. The model enables the exchange of good practices and the involvement of employees in proposing and implementing changes. In this way, cohesion among employees, their participation and co-decision-making, as well as transparency over the organization's decisions, are increased and strengthened.
