Črnuče sports park
On 25 September 2012, Mayor Zoran Janković and the directors of Ludus d.o.o. Tomislav Šmuc and Martin Hrast signed a contract on a public-private partnership for the building of Črnuče Sports Park.
The Črnuče Sports Park project comprises the construction of a sports hall with indoor beach volleyball courts and associated areas, the building of outdoor courts and pitches for beach volleyball, tennis, mini football and a car park.
At the end of their sports careers Tomislav Šmuc and Martin Hrast, themselves top sportsmen and volleyball lovers, decided to help sport and stay loyal to volleyball. In recent years, beach volleyball has gained in popularity in Slovenia, but up to now it has only been possible to play it in the summer months. With the acquisition of the new hall, you will be able to play beach volleyball all year round.
The total investment cost is €1,200,000. Črnuče Sports Park is projected to open in autumn next year.
