The foundation stone for new home care apartments built by the system of public-private partnership was laid on 10 July 2014 in Ljubljana.

The apartments will be located next to the Senior Care Centre Šiška in Dravlje. The public partner, the City of Ljubljana, will be entitled to 10 non-profit home care apartment out of 54 in project.
The private partner is Mijaks Group, and the residential area is predicted to be built in 15 months.
