Freshen up with drinking water from ljubljana fountains

The scorching summer heat in the Slovenian capital these days really makes a refreshing cool drink of high-quality water from Ljubljana drinking fountains something we all welcome.

There are drinking fountains at the following locations:

- Mostec – on Večna pot opposite Bergantova ulica,
- Ljubljana Castle – courtyard,
- Ljubljana Castle – car park,
- Tivoli – north-western side of the fish pond,
- Tivoli – children’s playground,
- Cankarjev vrh – next to Gostilna Rožnik,
- Gornji trg - near Herkulov vodnjak (Hercules’ fountain), opposite Stiški dvorec,
- Gornji trg – next to the Church of Sv. Florjan,
- Gornji trg – near the tunnel under Castle Hill,
- Hribarjevo nabrežje – near Kavarna Pločnik,
- Congress Square,
- Pogačarjev trg - by Škofijski dvorec,
- Privoz – next to the Ljubljanica,
- Stari trg – outside Gostilna Romeo,
- Stritarjeva ulica – opposite City Hall,
- Tisnikarjeva ulica - by Koseški bajer,
- Zoisova ulica - near Križanke,
- Zupančičeva jama - Navje children’s playground.

The results of drinking water testing on 16 and 17 April 2013 demonstrate that the drinking water from these fountains adheres to the provisions in the Rules on Drinking Water (Ur.l. RS 19/04, 35/04, 26/06, 92/06, 25/09).
