On 1 February 2012, Community Health Centre Ljubljana was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems certificate.

Rudi Dolšak, the Director of the Community Health Centre Ljubljana remarked that “Community Health Centre Ljubljana would like to be known in the Slovenian health arena for its excellence and quality approaches to work, development and the satisfaction of its service users. Therefore, we felt it necessary to approach establishment of a quality management system as a matter of urgency” and added “for our patients in Ljubljana, the acquisition of the ISO 9001:2008 certificate means even better primary level health care”.
