On Thursday 21 April 2011 in Fužine between the Architectural Museum and Ljubljana Psychiatric Clinic a new, completely unique park opened called the Labyrinth of Arts.
Its walls are alive, 'built' from trees - 287 Canadian Hemlock, planted in the form of the original labyrinth, the path to its centre being paved with small thoughts about art, walking, books and life.
The Labyrinth Project was designed at the Exodos Institute with sponsorship from the City of Ljubljana as part of the 'Ljubljana – World Book Capital' programme and is the first park labyrinth intended for walking, contemplation and reading.
More information about the Labyrinth of Art can be found at its website.
