According to the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list, published annually in Britain's Restaurant Magazine, "Restavracija JB" is among the world's best 100 restaurants, ranking no. 89.
Each year, the list of the world's best restaurants is compiled based on research conducted internationally by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, whose members include 806 leading professionals from 26 different places in the world, including chefs, restaurateurs, gourmands, and critics.
This is the first time that a restaurant from Ljubljana or Slovenia has been placed on the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list. Restavracija JB, managed by the world renowned Slovenian chef Janez Bratovž, serves Mediterranean cuisine combined with global influences, always committed to maintaining the tradition of both haute French and traditional Slovenian cuisines. Bratovž's philosophy is to preserve intuitively the simplicity and originality of tastes.
