On 19 September 2015, Mayor Zoran Janković has welcomed the Mayor of Tbilisi Mr. Davit Narmania and his delegation at the City Hall.

On this occasion the mayors signed a renewed twinning agreement between the cities and the Mayor of Tbilisi signed the Golden Book of Ljubljana.

During the visit in Ljubljana the delegation from Tbilisi went on a tour of concluded projects in the centre of Ljubljana and its vicinity, and both mayors attended the opening of the 22. International Performing Arts Festival EX PONTO. The festival began with the production The Picture of Dorian Gray performed by the Georgian national theatre from Tbilisi, the Vaso Abashidze Music and Drama State Theatre.
