For seven years successively the City of Ljubljana has been exhibiting at MIPIM, the largest international property event in Europe, hosted in Cannes.

The event is held from 11 to 14 March 2014 with the focus on "Housing and Work Position". The City of Ljubljana presents with SPIRIT Slovenia and partners (Slovenian Railways, the Public Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana, BTC City and the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia).

The exhibit exhibits future housing projects in Ljubljana (by the Public Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana and the Republic of Slovenia) and the Intermodal Logistics Terminal (a mutual project by the BTC City and Slovenian Railways).

The MIPIM event is the largest international property show with annual representations of the latest property trends and key investment projects worldwide. It is a meeting point for some of the most influential real estate decision makers and investors from around the world. The MIPIM event is an opportunity for the City of Ljubljana to attract potential investors with the presentation of the investment environment of the Slovenian capital and some of the actual investment projects in Ljubljana.
