In Polje we built a residential and business complex Polje IV with 64 new non-profit apartments. There are also facilities for a library, a pharmacy and a multipurpose hall.

The neighbourhood supplements residential neighbourhoods Polje I, II and III. In the basement there are parking spaces, bicycle storage, pantries and technical facilities, on the ground floor there is space for public programmes (a library, a pharmacy and a multipurpose hall), and there are 4 stories of non profit apartments above.
The residential and business neighbourhood is made up of two parallel multiapartment buildings erected using the prefabricated wood construction technology with 64 non-profit apartments. Four are adapted for people with disabilities and four are designed in a way that allows them to be adapted to such use without major modifications.
Between the buildings there is an open atrium courtyard.

The conceptual design for the project was prepared by the project group Uniarh d.o.o. and the total value of the investment was approximately 6.2 million euro, VAT included.
