At the street Pot rdečega križa, we opened the Novo Brdo residential neighbourhood with 174 non-profit apartments.

The neighbourhood consists of six multi-apartment buildings, out of 174 apartments, in total,18 are adapted for people with disabilities. The neighbourhood has a joint parking garage under the buildings and a small pavilion, which has a multi-purpose space for the needs of its residents and the District Community.

The central part of the neighbourhood is arranged as a space without motor traffic, intended for socializing and playing on green surfaces as well as cyclists and pedestrians. The total value of the investment is approximately 20,211,000 euro, including VAT.
