Ljubljana has a new P+R car park. The P+R Chengdujska car park is close to the junction of Zaloška and Chengdujska cesta.

There are 179 parking spaces (of which 9 are intended for people with disabilities) in the P+R Chengdujska car park beneath the Hofer shopping centre, to which the entrance is from Chengdujska cesta (the shopping centre has its own car park up the ramps, which is free and for the use of those visiting the shops).

The parking fee in the P+R Chengdujska car park is €2.40 a day. Drivers pay at an Urbanomat. Upon payment, (in cash, via the Moneta system or the Urbana uniform city card) the user has the cost of two city bus journeys credited to their Urbana card valid for the day on which the payment is made.
The P+R Chengdujska car park is open 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

There are bus stops close to the car park for city buses 11 and 25 (on Zaloška cesta), and 20 and 22 (on cesta Nove Fužine).

With the P + R car parks at Dolgi most and at the Stožice centre, the Chengdujska car park is now the third in Ljubljana’s P+R system. P+R (park and ride) car parks are provided on the outskirts of the city on main arterial roads into the city centre, and drivers have the option to park all day while parking charges include a return journey on the city public transport buses.
