Mayor of Ljubljana Zoran Janković hosted a reception for Dr Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, at Ljubljana City Hall on Monday 17 March 2008.

Dr Javier Solana took this opportunity to sign the Golden Book of most distinguished visitors.
