Renovated Casemate Hall at the Ljubljana Castle

At the Ljubljana Castle, we had the grand opening of the last renovated space – the multi-purpose Casemate Hall, which concludes the revitalization project of the castle complex.

The renovation of the largest space in the castle, measuring 31 meters in length, was carried out in line with all the basic principles that the design company Ambient Projektivno podjetje has been developing through decades of the revitalisation of the castle.

Just like the entire castle building, the Casemate Hall has served various purposes over the years, and after the renovation, it represents a contemporarily designed multi-purpose hall with preserved authenticity, where various cultural-artistic and other events can be held; the first to be held in the renovated Casemate Hall is the exhibition titled Misogyny, prepared by the Slovenian director, painter and puppet artist Silvan Omerzu.
