Renovated facilities of the Health Centre Ljubljana – Bežigrad
On 27 October 2015, the Health Centre Ljubljana – Bežigrad opened its renovated premises. This enabled the Health Centre Ljubljana, with the assistance of the City of Ljubljana and European funds, to improve the quality of provided health care.
The City of Ljubljana obtained the funds for the energy-saving renovation through public procurement for co financing energy-saving building renovation of primary schools, kindergartens, health care centres and libraries under local community ownership within the framework of the Operational Programme of Environmental and Transport Infrastructure Development for the period 2007–2013, 6th development priority »Sustainable use of energy«, 1st priority orientation »Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings«.
The total cost of the investment was 1,205,919.05 EUR. It was co-financed by the European programme in the amount of 180,225.62 EUR, the rest of the funds were provided by the City of Ljubljana, and the Health Centre Ljubljana purchased with its own funds the equipment for the renovated premises on the second floor in the value of 168,573.06 EUR.
