Breg 22 hosts an exhibition RogLab – The Factory that is Making Itself, which presents RogLab's yearly production, a pilot project of Center Rog.

The exhibition showcases selected prototypes that RogLab has developed in cooperation with its programme partners. The diversity of prototypes reflects the variety of themes, addressed during the first year of operation, as well as an interest in testing out the possibilities of different technologies in the field of fast prototyping offered at the RogLab workspace.

Numerous prototypes were developed during the first year of RogLab's operation, 10 of which are represented at the exhibition. Forty-three designers, engineers, technicians, architects and artists cooperated in the production process.

The exhibition RogLab – the factory that is making itself will be on display until 16 January 2014. In the second week of January, individual projects will be presented at the exhibition space. This will also provide an opportunity for a debate and a Q&A session with the creators.

The exhibition, launched by the Museums and galleries of Ljubljana, was supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia and the City Municipality of Ljubljana.

RogLab is a real prototype of the future Center Rog, where users and programme partners base their work on small-scale operation using the so-called hands-on method, all while trying to find the answers to the question of what a modern production environment in the field of design, architecture and visual arts should look like.
