As part of the spring environmental campaign For a More Beautiful Ljubljana, on Thursday, 18 April 2024, we announced the Best Apartment Building of 2023 in Ljubljana.

The title was awarded to the residents of the multi-apartment building at Pavšičeva ulica 4 in the district community Šiška.

We launched the Best Apartment Building in Ljubljana campaign in 2016, based on an initiative from a citizen. The main purpose of the campaign is to encourage residents living in multi-apartment buildings to do their best from day to day to ensure that their living space reflects clean, orderly and environmentally friendly coexistence.

The title Best Apartment Building is held by already eight multi-apartment buildings located at Topniška cesta 45, Smoletova ulica 12, 12a and 12b, Bilečanska ulica 2 and 5, Beethovnova ulica 9, Pokopališka ulica 1, Rašiška ulica 1, Kebetova ulica 7 and 9 and Pavšičeva ulica 4.
