The Norwegian Ambassador Visited the Home Care Institute Ljubljana
On 2 September 2015, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway, H. E. Tove Skarstein, visited the Home Care Institute Ljubljana to learn about the project »Active and Quality Aging in Home Environment (A-Qu-A)«.
The Ambassador was accompanied by representatives of the Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy.
The project A-Qu-A has been underway since May 2015 and is foreseen to continue until April 2016, it is co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, and its main purpose is to modernise practices in the field of elderly home care and to influence the formation of systematic solutions.
The Home Care Institute Ljubljana together with the City of Ljubljana and some other partners and contractors prepared a one-hour presentation of the project for the Ambassador and the representatives of the Government Office, and afterwards the Ambassador talked with the operators.
