The Regional Development Agency of the Ljubljana Urban Region has published the public tender for scholarships of the unified regional scholarship schemes of the Ljubljana Urban Region for 2013/14 school year.

The regional scholarship scheme for the Ljubljana Urban Region is intended for high school students and university students with an on-going education in Slovenia or abroad who will pursue employment in the area of the Ljubljana urban region after they have completed their educational programme, or will otherwise significantly influence the regional development.

The scheme is the region's instrument founded on the partnership between the employers, scholarship recipients and the country in accordance with the law in the topic of encouraging the regional development. It represents a remarkable influence on the regional development in Slovenia.

The application deadline is 11 October 2013.
