Urbinfo upgrade

With the adoption of amendments to the City of Ljubljana Municipal Spatial Plan, we have also comprehensively upgraded the MOL – URBINFO spatial data public information system.

First and foremost, URBINFO is designed to inform residents about the provisions of the City of Ljubljana Municipal Spatial Plan, but it also offers much more. You can also use the spatial status indicator to get data on areas of protected natural or cultural heritage, on areas that are protected water sources or areas liable to flooding etc.

It is possible to search for individual plots (‘parcels’) of land, streets or house numbers and measure the distance or surface area and the results can be printed or sent over the internet.

The upgraded URBINFO information system also gives you the option to have a look at the construction or regulatory position of all existing municipal plans, which provides an interesting supplementary insight into the current position regarding planning developments in the City of Ljubljana.

The upgraded URBINFO is also adapted for tablet computers and smart phones that use the android and IOS systems.

The URBINFO City of Ljubljana spatial data information system can be accessed via the City of Ljubljana website.
