On Wednesday, 14 June 2023, the new residential neighbourhood Rakova jelša II opened with 156 non-profit apartments and corresponding municipal, traffic and external infrastructure.

Between the multi-apartment buildings, which have flat green roofs, we designed a large green common area with yards for playing and socializing. A new square is set up along the street Pot na Rakovo jelšo, providing space for socializing and outdoor events.
