Start of Renovation of Southern Part of Slovenska Street
The renovation of the southern part of the Slovenska Street from the Šubičeva to the Aškerčeva Street will be of benefit mostly to pedestrians and cyclist. Traffic will be obstructed due to preparation works from 4 August 2015 and until further notice; however it will continue in both directions.

New Image of Cankarjeva Street
As the Slovenska Street, the Cankarjeva Street is also under renovation that includes establishing larger surfaces for pedestrians and cyclists, as well. The momentary work on the Cankarjeva Street between Slovenska and Beethovnova Street are predicted to conclude in August.

Best Practice in Public Sector Certificate
Within the scope of the European Public Sector Award (EPSA 2015) the project LGBT-friendly Ljubljana is one among 27 awardees of the certificate for best practice on the local level. The project is still in competition for the main award.
