Emw award 2013
The City of Ljubljana was awarded the European Mobility Week Award for 2013 in Brussels on 24 March 2014. Ljubljana participated along 30 cities from 12 countries and it is the only city to win the award two times.

Emona archaeological park
The City of Ljubljana, University of Ljubljana, Cankarjev dom, Ljubljana School Centre, Ljubljana Ursuline Convent and the Slovene Export and Development Bank SID banka, d.d., Ljubljana have signed a letter of intent to participate in the management of Emona Archaeological Park.

Emona: a city of the empire
The City Museum of Ljubljana is joining the celebration of 2000th anniversary of Emona, the first urban settlement in the area of today's Ljubljana, with the central museum exhibition “Emona: a City of the Empire”, which will be on display up to 30 May, 2015.
