Ljubljana named unesco world book capital 2010
In 2010 the title of 'World Book Capital' is to be carried by Ljubljana, it was announced on Wednesday, 18 June 2009, at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.

Free guided tours of ljubljana
On 20 September, a number of guided city tours run by the Ljubljana Tourist Board will be available free of charge as part of the European Mobility Week, an annual awareness raising campaign aimed at reducing traffic congestion in European city centres.

European mobility week
