Call to end homelessness in Europe by 2030
A Social Summit is going to be held in Porto, Portugal, on 7 and 8 May 2021, to address an open letter calling for an end to homelessness in Europe by 2030, signed by numerous members of the European Parliament and mayors of major European cities, among them also Mayor Zoran Janković.

City transport is facing challenges posed by the rapid diffusion of new technologies and by occurring socioeconomic and demographic changes. The Interreg ADRION project TRIBUTE (inTegRated and Innovative actions for sustainaBle Urban mobiliTy upgradE) aims to face such challenges by seeking for efficient solutions and mobility services tailored to citizens’ behaviors and needs.

Ramps to facilitate access to shops and cafes
In the City of Ljubljana, in cooperation with the public company Voka Snaga, we are setting up ramps to facilitate access to some shops and cafes in the old city centre for physically impaired persons and families with baby strollers. This is one of the measures to increase accessibility in the city for all.

We are expanding the network of recipients of LGBT-Friendly Certificates
On 17 May, the International Day of the Fight against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, we awarded four LGBT-Friendly Certificates in the City Hall.
