The Public Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana is promoting furniture reuse. When a tenant moves out the furniture in the housing unit, which is of no use to the former tenant in another apartment, it is offered to a new tenant either to buy it or use it free of charge. This way the furniture remains in use.
