The League of Historic Cities conference successfully concluded
The 19. World Conference of the League of Historic Cities, which brings together cities rich in cultural heritage, was held in Ljubljana from 12. to 14. November 2024. At the end of the conference, representatives of the participating cities also signed the Ljubljana Declaration.

Between 29 January and 4 February 2025, you can see six top performances by city theatres from six republics of the former Yugoslavia on the stage of the Ljubljana City Theatre as part of the regional theatre festival Ruta. The Ljubljana Festival is celebrating 70 years. As one of the oldest international festivals of this scope, it makes an important contribution to the summer cultural events in Ljubljana every year with its carefully selected and genre-diverse program. This year the festival will take place between 21 June and 8 September.

The Ljubljana Moustache Tour the best cycling tour in Europe
The sightseeing tour of Ljubljana, called the Moustache Tour, won in the December issue of the easyJet Traveller Magazine the title of the best guided cycling tour in Europe.
