The festively lit and decorated Ljubljana is adorned with as many as 850 sculptures and shapes. Urban Modic, the author of this year's lighting, gave the story the title Common mind/community spirit, dedicating it to everyone living with multiple sclerosis.

December Illustration Fair at the Vodnik Homestead
From 1 to 24 December 2022, at the 8th December Illustration Fair, the best illustrations offered by Slovenian illustration at this time are available for viewing and purchase. The fair also includes a rich accompanying program, from meeting the artists to a story-telling playhouse for children and a visit from Father Frost.

Ljubljana is once again the Most Bee-Friendly Municipality
On Saturday, 26 November 2022, at the Beekeeping Tourism Day, which was held in Višnja Gora, we received the title the Most Bee-Friendly Municipality 2022. This is the third title for the City of Ljubljana, we already received it in 2017 and 2019.

On Friday, we turned on the holiday lights
Festive December in Ljubljana began on Friday, 25 November 2022, when the festive lights were switched on. In addition to the holiday fair, which opened on the same day in the morning, there will be a straw nativity scene for the tenth year in a row, as well as the St. Nicholas Fair and Procession, the Magic Forest, the Christmas Concert, street theatre performances and, of course, the Father Frost Parades.
